What this page is
This page covers the trackdayhq.com waitlist signup form only. When the full Track Day product launches, a more comprehensive Privacy Policy will apply to the app at /legal/privacy.
What we collect on this page
- The email address you enter.
- The
?src=tag in the URL (e.g.,cold-email-wave-a,nafdma27) so we know which outreach channel brought you here. - A hashed version of your IP address for rate-limiting and basic abuse prevention. The hash is salted; we cannot recover the original IP from it.
- Browser-issued cookies set by Cloudflare Turnstile (bot-check), strictly necessary for security.
What we don't collect
- No tracking pixels. No Google Analytics. No Meta Pixel. No advertising network tags.
- No name, phone, organization, or other personal info from this page.
How we use it
- To send you up to two emails before product launch: a confirmation now, and at most one more when early access opens.
- To prevent abuse of the signup form.
Who can see it
- The platform team (currently solo).
- Cloudflare (DNS, edge, D1 database, Turnstile) — bound by Cloudflare's data-processing terms.
- Our transactional email provider, to deliver the confirmation email.
- No one else. No sharing, no selling, no list rentals.
California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined under California law. No advertising cookies, no third-party tracking, no behavioral profiling. You have the right to know what we collect (listed above), to delete it, to correct it, to limit certain uses, and to not be discriminated against for exercising any right. Email [email protected] to exercise any right; we respond within 30 days.
How to get out
Email [email protected] with "remove me" and we'll delete your email address from the waitlist within 7 days. You can also reply "remove" to any email we send you.
Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, Canada PIPEDA, or similar laws — including access, correction, deletion, portability, and the right to object to processing. Email [email protected] to exercise any right. We respond within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this page materially before the full product launches, we'll email everyone on the waitlist before the change takes effect.
